New at Best Indoor 2026: The Road to Competition Success

This year, Best Indoor is bringing something new to the competition weekend! Alongside the action on the shooting line, we invite archers and coaches to join “The Road to Competition Success” - a series of three seminars designed to explore some of the key elements behind successful competitive archery. Whether you are an experienced competitor, an ambitious archer looking to take the next step, or a coach searching for new ideas and perspectives, these sessions are an opportunity to learn, ask questions and exchange knowledge in a relaxed environment. The seminar series will cover three different topics:

Mental Game & Physical Preparation

Explore the physical and mental side of competitive performance and how better preparation can help you perform when it matters.

The mental side will cover focus, competition game plans, breathing techniques, visualisation and positive self-talk. On the physical side - injury prevention, stability, archery-specific exercises, stretching, training schedules, reaction training and endurance - with practical ideas that archers can incorporate into their regular training.
